More Efficient RMA Management

Little Taller developed a custom return merchandise agreement (RMA) platform to connect customers in need of filing a return or repair request with the partners who manage those customers, and involve suppliers when needed.

The RMA solution connects a group of disjointed stakeholders to streamline the return or repair lifecycle. If the supplier needs to be involved, especially for equipment repair, partners can easily connect with them through the platform.
A simple and easy-to-navigate user interface makes viewing RMA details intuitive inside the platform. The comments feature makes communication between partners and suppliers more effective and speeds up the return/repair process.
Partners can track products as they move through the return or repair process and communicate status to their customers.  New RMAs can be created from templates and submitted or saved as drafts in the system.
