From Hidden Gem to Renowned Destination

After many years in business, the Inn at Mazama was starting to see significant growth. As they transformed from small town gem to renowned destination, they needed a partner capable of delivering a functional online presence embodying the beauty of the region.

Little Taller was tasked with designing and developing an optimized website to reflect the new branding being crafted simultaneously. Pop-up messages with positive press about Mazama were implemented to drive more conversions on the site.
A secure and intuitive booking system was developed for the site, with clean UX design to make it easy for visitors to search and select either hotel rooms or cabins.
Web content highlights the numerous outdoor activities available in Mazama year round, including skiing, biking, hiking, tennis, yoga, photography, horseback riding, and more.
A custom booking integration includes an external site for individual cabin rentals where visitors can browse property photos, amenities, and more to make their selection.
In addition to lodging, the Inn at Mazama offers guided outdoor adventures featuring one or more popular regional sports like cross country skiing, backcountry skiing, heli-skiing, exploring the Cascades, and more.

Sibling Brands: The Inn and The Cabins

An important aspect of the branding package was to deliver two separate but complementary designs for The Inn at Mazama and The Cabins of the Methow.

Keeping most brand elements consistent, like color palette and style, Little Taller created varying custom logo illustrations that clearly distinguished the two property types but could also work well together visually.
