Project Manager / Marketing Coordinator

The job, in short:

We are seeking a full-time remote Project Manager to oversee our own marketing and handle client project management on an as-needed basis.

Workstreams:

  • Account Management
  • Project Management
  • Marketing

Primary tasks and capabilities:

  • Stay on top of project management, managing staff and contractors to meet deadlines and expectations
  • Use the tools of the trade to keep all stakeholders up to date and on track
  • Handle communication and set expectations with internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring new, fresh perspectives – think outside the box
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Have experience in some or all of the listed workstreams
  • Love to learn new things and have a healthy sense of curiosity
  • Be a people person who interacts internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Be proactive and highly communicative
  • Experience with Teamwork, Slack, content management systems a plus

Salary: Commensurate (which is a word used on job postings) with experience.
